Cancellation Policy
While there's no absolute guarantee that every behavioral issue will be fully resolved, Dakota's experience has shown that most cases are successfully addressed within a four-week consultation period. If the issue persists beyond the initial consultation, an additional two weeks of support will be provided at no extra cost. At the end of this extended period, if further assistance is needed, we’ll discuss additional options to continue working toward a solution. In cases requiring specialized intervention, we may refer you to a veterinary behaviorist to ensure the best outcome for your cat. For late cancelations or rescheduling within 24 hrs of the appointment date a fee of $25 will automatically be charged.
